This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information we receive from you in establishing a cloud CCTV system at vsaas.ltd and in providing notifications on various events or actions from the system.

We use your Personal Information only for the creation of a login to be used as a method of gaining access to the system and in the creation of a “site” where your CCTV will be located. Sensitive connection information to your cameras may also be stored within the system.

Information Collection and Use.

Information we store is used to create a unique login for you at vsaas.ltd and to create an account to which your CCTV will be linked. It is also created to inform you of events taking places or changes to the status of your CCTV, should you request such notifications. Mandatory personally identifiable information will include a username, password, your full name, E-mail address and address (typically your billing address). If acting on behalf of a company you may add your company VAT number though this is not mandatory.

At no stage in your registration process or after your registration has been approved will any member of the VSaaS team know, or store, your password. A password recovery feature on the system will be available to all users.

The information collected during registration will be used only to establish access to your CCTV system as a username and password, and your E-mail address will be used to contact you directly in the event that any changes take place.

In addition to the creation of an account, it will also be necessary to create a “site” within your account in which the following information will be requested; the address of the site, and an E-mail address associated to the site. Cameras will also be added, and the connection details for each camera will be added to the system, but no member of the VSaaS team will know, or see, passwords for each device.

Additional information of keyholders you wish to grant access to your system will include their name, E-mail address, a username and unique password, a mobile phone number, and a unique pin.

Security.

The security of your Personal Information is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Right of removal.

You have the right of removal from the VSaaS.ltd system on request, but it must be accepted that access to the system will be lost along with all connection to your CCTV devices and any associated archived footage. VSaaS will permanently remove and delete all personal data from the back office of its system in accordance with all UK data protection laws.

If a decision is made to terminate your user account by VSaaS.ltd, all data will be removed and deleted in accordance with UK data protection laws.

Changes To This Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Notice is effective as of June 2020. It will remain in effect except concerning any changes in its provisions in the future.

We reserve the right to update or change our Privacy Notice at any time, and you should check this Privacy Notice periodically.

If we make any material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will notify you either through the email address you have provided us or by placing a prominent notice on the Vsaas.ltd front page.

If you are concerned by anything you are asked to provide or by anything mentioned in this Privacy Notice, then please seek further information from your HR department. Any continued use of the VSaas.ltd system following any revisions to this Notice will be viewed as acceptance.
